INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We also deliver internationally beyond Europe. Delivery options and applicable charges are shown at checkout.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your HAXRAN order. Eligible standard products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
RETURN POSTAGE
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect — in which case we will cover the cost.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
EXCHANGES
Standard products may be eligible for exchange, subject to stock availability.
BESPOKE & HAXRAN CONCIERGE ORDERS
Bespoke, personalised, altered and made-to-order HAXRAN Concierge pieces are made specifically to your requirements and are not normally returnable for a change of mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to items that are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
